Traditional Therapies for Embodied Living
What do I mean
by embodied living?
To me, Embodied Living represents the Art of Living. It’s the relationship with your inner world, your body and the life you are living.
Rooted in the Daoist understanding that we are nature experiencing itself. It is the ongoing practice of being present in the body, listening to its tides, honouring its wisdom and allowing Spirit to fully arrive.
Informed by clinical knowledge and a deeper universal rhythm, I see embodiment as the act of becoming deeply intimate with your own aliveness.
My practice of Classical Acupuncture in Melbourne’s CBD is grounded in this philosophy, offering support through life’s transitions and the changes that shape us.

The list is goes on - controlled clinical trials continue to support that Acupuncture treats a remarkably wide variety of health conditions. The World Health Organization recognizes over 100 diseases and conditions as being treated effectively by Acupuncture.
What is Classical Acupuncture?
A Living Lineage
My practice is informed by the teachings of Jeffrey Yuen, 88th-generation Daoist Priest in the Jade Purity School, and Ann Cecil-Sterman. Through this living lineage, Classical Acupuncture offers a depth of understanding that reaches beyond symptoms to the patterns, transitions and unfolding of a life.
The Channels
An introduction to the channel systems beyond the Primary Channels — the Extraordinary Vessels, Luo, Sinew and Divergent channels.
Together, these offer different ways of understanding the movement of life through the body, opening new possibilities for treatment and a deeper relationship with ourselves and the life we are living.
Spirit in the Medicine
Classical Acupuncture recognises that we are more than our physical bodies and presenting symptoms. The concept of Shen. Spirit acknowledges the deeper dimensions of being human: our emotions, consciousness, relationships, sense of meaning and the way we experience our lives.
THE ART OF BECOMING
Beneath the noise of modern life, there is something quieter. A pulse. A rhythm. A knowing held in the body. Sometimes healing begins not by becoming someone new, but by remembering how to embody the life that is already here.
Meet the founder -
I discovered the transformational power of Traditional Chinese Medicine after experiencing it first-hand.
I now run my practice with a unique focus on emotional well-being, led by the philosophy that a special kind of magic happens when the body, mind, and spirit are in total alignment, free of blockages or imbalances that stand in the way of living life to your fullest potential.
